For those who become active candidates, engaged in a hiring process, we collect compensation information which is gathered directly from the data subject. We also gather market views on candidates with whom we are in dialogue or in whom we have a legitimate interest.

The collection of personal information is necessary in order to evaluate you as a candidate in a recruitment process.
